Honest to the core and I don't say that lightly. He works harder than just about anyone I've come across, and what sets him apart is that he genuinely cares about where you end up, not just closing a deal. He listens, which sounds basic but is rarer than it should be. He's also incredibly responsive so you're never left wondering where things stand.
